Welch discusses the farm bill

ESSEX JUNCTION, Vt. -

Every five years, Congress addresses agriculture in a farm bill that covers everything from dairy to food stamps. But last year, Congress could not agree on the massive bill, so it left many in agriculture looking for answers.

Congressman Peter Welch, D-Vermont, who sat on the House Agriculture Committee spoke to dairy farmers Thursday at the Vermont Farm Show about what's next. Welch also spoke with our Anson Tebbetts. Watch the video for more.
