Charlotte solar project approved

CHARLOTTE, Vt. -

Solar panels are coming to Charlotte, despite objections from neighbors.

Charlotte Solar, which is a Massachusetts company, got approval to build the 26-panel project on 12.5 acres.

Neighbors have opposed the project, but the public service board found it consistent with the town plan.
