PENDLETON, Ind., April 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Remy International, Inc. (NASDAQ: REMY) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of ten cents ($0.10) per share.  The dividend will be payable on May 31, 2013 to Shareholders of Record as of the close of business May 17, 2013.
