RUTLAND, Vt. (AP) - Police in Rutland, Vt., say they will be out in force to keep drunk drivers off the roads during the Super Bowl weekend.
Vermont State Police say that in the last three years there were a total of 91 car crashes in Vermont on Super Bowl Sunday.
Police say this year they are beefing up sobriety and safety enforcement on Sunday. They also will be patrolling for aggressive driving, speeding and seatbelt violations in high crash areas.
