Two charged with heroin dealing

BRATTLEBORO, Vt. -

Two alleged drug dealers are scheduled to be in court Thursday, facing charges that they sold heroin in the Brattleboro area.

Police stopped Joshua Hartwell, 25, of Brattleboro, and Julio Davila, 32, of Massachusetts, on Interstate 91 in Dummerston Wednesday. They were arrested for drug charges, including the sale and possession of heroin.
