Austine School student charged with kidnapping, assault

BRATTLEBORO, Vt. -

A student at the Austine School in Brattleboro is accused of a violent crime on campus.

Police say Timothy Carroll, 21, locked a woman in her office at the school and choked her.

Carroll is charged with kidnapping and aggravated assault.

He is being held without bail.
