Senate to vote on end of life bill Tuesday

MONTPELIER, Vt. -

The state Senate will vote Tuesday on a controversial end of life bill.

On Friday, Senate Judiciary Committee recommended to reject the measure, a week after the Health and Welfare Committee voted to support it.

If the bill clears the Senate, it would still need a vote in the House. Both House leadership and Governor Shumlin have expressed support.
