Michael's on the Hill Restaurant El Rey Chocolate Fondue Serves 4 chocoholics
Ingredients 15 Ounces El Rey Chocolate ¾ Cup Heavy Cream ¾ Cup Milk 1 ½ Tablespoons Pure Vanilla Extract Instructions -Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Don't let water touch the bottom of the bowl or the chocolate will melt too fast. -Scald cream and milk and add to the melted chocolate. -Add vanilla and whisk until blended. -Serve warm with bite sized pieces of seasonal and dried fruits and poundcake.
