U-Mall Sears held up

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. -

A knifepoint robbery at Sears in South Burlington Monday afternoon.

Police said a masked man held up a clerk and made off with an undisclosed amount of money from the University Mall around 1 p.m.

Police described him as a white male, about 5-11, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and a ski mask. Detectives said incidents like this are unusual for the Mall.
