Gun drawn in road rage incident

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Police say a driver pulled a gun on a Burlington city councilor during a road rage incident.

Matija Gubic, 34, of Burlington, allegedly waved the handgun at another driver, Councilor Vince Brennan, at the intersection of North Avenue and Saratoga Avenue Wednesday night. No shots were fired. No one was hurt.

Gubic is facing aggravated assault charges.
