A four-bed mental health facility in Rutland is now back on track, after losing its funding.
The Rutland Herald reports work had started for the treatment facility at 195 Stratton Road when the $1.3 million in state funding was cut from the budget.
The Rutland Mental Health Facility is meant for patients who are transitioning out of hospital life, a service that has been lost since the state hospital closed in 2011.
Lawmakers say once they realized how far along the project was, they added the funding back in.
