BURLINGTON, Vt. -

The Snelling Center for Government created The Vermont Leadership Institute or VLI in 1995. The Institute gives participants the information, tools and inspiration to make greater contributions to their organizations, to their communities and to Vermont.

Mark Snelling of the Snelling Center spoke about the program's creation and purpose. And joining him was Monica Hutt who is a Vermont Leadership Institute graduate. Watch the video for more.
