NH residents can weigh in on a casino bill

CONCORD, N.H. -

New Hampshire residents can weigh in a bill that would legalize a casino in New Hampshire.

The bill already has the support of Governor Maggie Hassan. She urged lawmakers to expand gambling to legalize video slots in her budget address last week.

Most of the profits would go to higher education, highway improvements and North Country economic development.

The hearing is Tuesday.
