BURLINGTON, Vt. -
The Snelling Center believes effective public school leadership requires more than professional knowledge. It demands passion, ability to articulate a vision, and engaging others in that vision, while facilitating organizational change. To strengthen these capabilities among Vermont educators, the Snelling Center developed the Vermont School Leadership Project or VSLP. Val Gardner is the director of VSLP. And Greg Marino graduated from the program in November of 2012. Watch the video for more.
