BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Some men may still be in the dog house after Valentine's Day, but there's one person who certainly doesn't have a problem spreading the love: the Valentine's Day Phantom. That's the subject of Eva Sollberger's latest "Stuck In Vermont" for Seven Days. Watch the video for more.
