CONCORD, N.H. -
New Hampshire's House is considering repealing a new program offering tax credits to businesses that donate to scholarship organizations.
The original law allows $3.4 million in tax credits to be issued in the first year.
So far, businesses have only donated about $127,000 to the program, which creates scholarships of up to $2,500 a student.
The House votes Wednesday on whether or not to send a bill repealing the tax credits to the Senate.
