A New York man is dead following a snowmobile accident in Bennington County.
It happened Sunday morning in the town of Peru -- near south end of Griffith Lake. Police say 45 year-old Verouzhan Bagramian of Cropseyville, NY was riding on a trail when he hit a section of ledge that caused him to lose control. Other riders in his group called for help and began to offer first aid, but he died at the scene.
