Town Meeting Day is a week away, and voters in Vergennes are going to decide whether they support a new police station.
The $1.85 million bond would pay for the new building on North Main Street, which the City Council and police department say they need. Currently, the force is housed in a two-and-a-half-room City Hall station.
But the Addison Independent reports some have questioned the size of the station and some individual elements.
There will be an informational meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the firehouse.
