A Rutland dental surgeon has been
sentenced for Medicaid fraud.
Peter Gray, 54, was convicted for
fraudulently billing the government for more expensive procedures than he
actually performed. He was sentenced to up to six years in prison, but it was
all suspended. So Gray will actually serve 110 days of home confinement.
The fraud conviction adds to a long
list of legal problems for Gray, including allegations he molested a patient.
His dental license is under suspension.
