Former nurse accused of stealing pain meds

RUTLAND, Vt. -

A former nurse has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of diverting pain meds intended for residents at a Rutland nursing home.

Police arrested 51-year-old Dale Kenyon in January after administrators at the Mountain View Center said they suspected Kenyon was stealing morphine from patients.

The Whitehall, New York woman was released last week on court-ordered conditions. She must stay away from the nursing home.
