CLARENDON, Vt. -
A man is dead after a house fire in Clarendon Monday night.
Police say shortly after 6 p.m., they were called to the house on 186 Schoolhouse Hill Road.
When they got there, they found 68-year-old Roy Jacobson unconscious outside the home and performed CPR. But he later died at the hospital.
Multiple departments responded. Fire officials say cause of the fire was accidental.
