Vandal targets cars at Essex police station

ESSEX, Vt. -

Police in Essex say a vandal targeted their station Monday night.

Police say Kristopher Puls, 19, of Essex, broke the windows out of four cars parked at the station, two of which were cruisers.

He was charged with felony unlawful mischief and spitting on an officer.
