BELLOWS FALLS, Vt. -
A Bellows Falls man is dead after collapsing at town meeting Monday night.
Authorities say John Fuchs was standing up to speak about ongoing library renovations at the Rockingham Town Meeting when he suffered seizure-like symptoms.
Audience members performed CPR until emergency crews arrived.
His death was announced at the meeting later that night, and a moment of silence was held.
