WILLIAMSBURG, Mass. (AP) - Authorities say a Vermont man has died after falling from a tree he was trimming in Williamsburg.
The Northwestern district attorney's office say 58-year-old Duane Miller died in the fall at about 1:30 p.m. Monday.
Authorities say Miller was on a ladder and using a chain saw. He is the owner of Team Paint and Tree Service.
The district attorney's office and the federal Occupational Safety & Health Administration are investigating.
