An all-time high for the Dow

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Tuesday, the Dow closed at an all-time high. The index surged past its previous record set six years ago gaining more than 150 points in morning trading.

To explain what this means and the economic impacts, Robert Letovsky, stopped by. He is a business professor at St. Michael's College. Watch the video for more.
