State regulators will not alter their decision to allow Costco to sell gasoline.
The district environmental commission issued an Act 250 permit in January, allowing the big box retailer to build a three-island station with 12 pumps next to its Colchester store.
Neighboring property owners asked the commission to reconsider its ruling, but the district commission says the parties did not reveal any new evidence, so the original decision stands.
