Need help figuring out your tax credits and refunds? The Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity offers a tax program for low- and middle-income Vermonters, where college students volunteer to help prepare taxes for free. Last year, the group prepared 991 returns totaling more than $1 million in refunds.
