Recount in Burlington school board race

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

A recount has been called in a Burlington school board race that saw a write-in candidate challenge the board chairman.

Kyle Dodson came up just four votes short on Town Meeting Day of defeating long-time incumbent Keith Pillsbury for the Ward 1 seat. Dodson asked for a recount, which will be conducted Monday night before the city council meeting.
