It's here: Mud season. It's not only rough on cars, but also local roads and road budgets. It's a busy time for crews, trying to keep roads passable while at the same time towns have limited money to work with.
David Antone is the the Program Director for the Vermont Local Roads Program. He's also has first hand knowledge on dealing with road conditions and budget, having spent 8 years as the Highway Superintendent in Milton. Watch the video for more.
