Search for missing hiker on Mount Mansfield

STOWE, Vt. -

Rescue crews are searching for a missing hiker on Mount Mansfield.

Vermont State Police got word late Tuesday evening that 20-year-old Steve Teshima set out for a hike from Cambridge but did not return. It is not known if the New Jersey man is dressed appropriately for an overnight. Crews are working from the Stowe side of the mountain.

State police say they have not had contact with the hiker.
