COPPULL, England, March 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

It is crucial that all businesses have an occupational health and safety management strategy in place. In having a sound, solid health and safety management system set up, workplace hazards are identified and significantly reduced, which ultimately boosts staff morale, thus increasing productivity meaning business owners can get the maximum return from employees.

Although quality occupational health and safety management is difficult to achieve, sometimes additional external help becomes an asset. Managing for Quality Limited, is an auditor training and consultancy company that provides Environmental & Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS) Auditor Conversion training courses.

In times of such intense and seemingly endless financial insecurity, it is more important than ever for employees to have healthy, safe and sound job security. With job morale at its optimum, productivity is increased and employers can get a maximum return on staff investment.

2013 therefore could be a significant time for businesses to improve their management skills. Courses can be a great way to give management skills a boost and to learn new ideas and techniques quickly, conveniently and effectively. Management courses are often short but richly focused on a specific area, which makes them great for addressing precise issues.

Managing for Quality Limited (MFQ) has a range of auditor training courses approaching. The Internal QMS Auditing training course (A17218), which is International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) registered, is a two-day course that provides attendees with 25% theory and 75% practical auditing under the supervision of a professional instructor.

The course will take place in April, May, June, September, October and November this year and can either be conducted on an open basis or at the Wrightington Hotel & Country Club near Wigan.

On successful completion of the course, participants will receive a registered pass certificate.

Known as the "Rolls-Royce" of auditing courses, MFQ is also offering a five-day auditing course which provides an in-depth study of auditing theory, as well as giving delegates the chance to sharpen audit skills by analysing 'realistic' company situations.

The IRCA registered QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor Course (A17059) will take place in April, June and September this year and is again conducted either on an open basis or at the Wrightington Hotel & Country Club.

Managing For Quality Limited is an audit training company that has years of experience successfully delivering courses in lead and internal auditor training, as well as Environmental & Occupational Health and Safety Auditor Conversion training courses, for different types of businesses and organisations throughout the world.
