UNDERHILL, Vt. -
A high speed chase lead to a manhunt with state police Saturday evening.
Police began pursuing a vehicle on Route 108 near Smugglers Notch when the driver refused to stop for a routine speeding violation. Police eventually located the vehicle in Underhill but the driver ditched the car and fled on foot. Police began tracking the suspect with dogs. A female passenger in the vehicle did not flee the scene. The driver -- Patrick Milliken, 28, of Jericho -- eventually turned himself in to authorities. He was processed and released.
