ST. JOHNSBURY, Vt. -

This week marks the one year anniversary of the murder of popular St. Johnsbury school teacher Melissa Jenkins.

Police said Jenkins was kidnapped and killed as part of an elaborate sex plot by a local couple. Jenkins colleagues at St. Johnsbury Academy and friends and family will honor her memory on Saturday, March 30th. They will decorate the town in pink, Jenkins favorite color. And students will speak about Jenkins' impact on their lives.
