A Woodstock man is set to accept a plea deal on federal fraud charges.
Paul Hendler is facing more than a dozen charges related to his work as the president of a coffee-based soft drink company called JavaPop. Prosecutors say between 2006 and 2008, Hendler diverted tens of thousands of dollars in bank loans and funds from investors for personal use.
As part of a plea deal, Hendler is scheduled to plead guilty to two counts of fraud.
