Free tax filing option for many

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

If you haven't filed your taxes yet, don't forget you may be able to file for free.

The IRS has partnered with tax software companies to provide "Free File," a program that allows folks making $57,000 or less to file their federal returns for free.

More than 35 million Americans have already used the program.
