A Newbury truck driver will not face jail time for a deadly crash.

Brewster Thurston, 52, was facing charges for the February 2011 crash, after the trailer of his logging truck came loose and crossed Route 4 in Lebanon, killing an Enfield man.

The Union Leaders reports with the plea deal, Thurston will have to pay $30,000 to the man's estate and find a new line of work.
