The Champlain Philharmonic is kicking off its spring concert series this weekend with an original composition and a world-renowned violinist who is considered a pioneer.
Paul Gambill is the music director of the Champlain Philharmonic and is also a co-founder and music director of the Orchestra Engagement Lab. Tracy Silverman has developed the world's first concert electric violin. They both appeared on The :30 to tell us more about some upcoming performances. Watch the video for more.
There are two Champlain Philharmonic concerts this weekend:
Sat., April 6, at 7:30 p.m. at the Rutland Intermediate School Auditorium.
Sun., April 7, at 4 p.m. at the Middlebury Town Hall Theater.
