A Hartford man was charged Friday for breaking his 13-week-old baby's arm.
Ray Comstock, 25, pleaded not guilty to child cruelty and aggravated domestic assault charges.
Hartford police were called Thursday after hospital workers did not believe Comstock's story that the infant's arm had gotten caught in his shirt while he was feeding her. Police say he told them he'd become irritated with the child after she scratched him and pushed her arm back too hard.
