Peter Campbell-Copp, 63, courted retirees to use his publishing company to become authors. They wrote the books and paid Campbell-Copp thousands of dollars to get them in print. But the books never made it to store shelves.
Monday Campbell-Copp pleaded guilty to 16 felony counts. He'll be sentenced later this week.
