HARTFORD, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont police department says a trailer that displays the speed of vehicles that are passing by has been vandalized.
The Hartford Police Department says wires were cut on its "speed trailer" Thursday while it was parked at the intersection of Chandler Road and Ravenswood Terrace.
Police say they use the trailer to deter speeding motorists as well gather information about locations in town where speeding is a problem.
