KEENE, N.H. (AP) - A registered sex offender in New Hampshire has been accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at a Keene homeless shelter.
Police say 22-year-old Altieri Farinoli was arraigned Thursday on a charge of felonious sexual assault. He was a registered sex offender as a result of a conviction in 2011 on a Cheshire County charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said the encounter with the girl happened on April 13 within Farinoli's living area in the homeless shelter.
