LEBANON, N.H. -

Much of the Upper Valley is still cleaning up from this week's flash flooding.

Lebanon was hit especially hard.

They postponed their Fourth of July festivities to focus on the cleanup.

Roads are still in disrepair. Many neighborhoods are in tough shape. Homeowners who had to evacuate have been able to go back home and say they recently got electricity and water back.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is expected to visit the city soon.

Governor Maggie Hassan has requested a federal emergency declaration.
