The search is underway for the nearly 40 people still missing in the aftermath of Saturday's train wreck in Quebec.
Officials say the fire is finally under control, allowing searchers near the site of the derailment which charred a large section of downtown Lac-Megantic over the weekend. At least 13 people are known to have died. But officials expect to find dozens of additional victims.
More than 1,000 people who were forced from their homes are being allowed to return home.
At least five of the train's tankers exploded after coming loose early Saturday, speeding downhill nearly 7 miles and derailing in the town. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
