The local access television station in Bennington was one of two downtown businesses burglarized Tuesday.
Catamount Access Television Director Lisa Byer said the thieves made off with more than $31,000 worth of equipment, including computers, televisions and cameras. She says the loss has affected the station's ability to serve the public.
There was no security system in place at the time, but Byer says they will look into adding security in the future.
The other business burglarized was a dentist's office on Union Street.
