A rash of break-ins in a quiet Hanover neighborhood.
Police say thieves targeted homes and cars on Barrymore Road and Woodrow Court early Tuesday morning. Police say money and electronics were taken. Police say residents were home when thieves went in. Luckily, no one was injured during the crimes. Authorities say it's likely there were other incidents that have not been reported.
"I think it is a concern in the community in general. What we are trying to stress is that we highly encourage people to lock their doors, both vehicles and homes. A lot of times that will be the deterrent needed so the thieves will move on," Hanover Police Det. Eric Bates said.
