LONDONDERRY, Vt. (AP) - Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are on the agenda for the first-ever Vermont Freedom and Unity Festival.
The event is being held Saturday at the Magic Mountain Ski Area in Londonderry, and is expected to draw activists of a libertarian stripe.
Writer, farmer and activist Joel Salatin is to deliver the keynote address, titled "Everything I Want To Do Is Illegal."
It's also to feature an evening pig roast provided by New Hampshire-based Bardo Farm.
Festivities kick off at 9:30 a.m. Saturday and continue into the evening.
