The Champlain Valley Fair kicked off this weekend with a little something for everyone. Food that is.
With 40 rides, and 65 food stands, the turn out this year is already strong. There are also a few new additions to the fair, like fried veggies, and much more.
"From fresh juices and smoothie juices, to the traditional fried dough, kettle corn, popcorn, hot dogs, hamburgers, and steak sandwiches. There has got to be a food here that you'll like," said Chris Ashby of the Champlain Valley Fair.
This is the 92nd year of the Champlain Valley Fair. Visitors will have until Labor Day to enjoy the rides and the delicious fair foods.
