Getting your family back into the swing of back to school can be tricky.
Experts say sleep patterns are very important. Kids have a hard time going cold turkey with those early morning alarms, so they suggest you ease into it beforehand and wake them up earlier.
And if your kid is starting out at a new school, it's a good idea to get them acquainted with the space before the start of classes.
