A Vermont man accused of murdering his estranged wife was back in court Monday.
Police say James Robarge, 43, of Saxtons River, killed his wife the day she filed for divorce. Kelly Robarge's body was found July 6th in a wooded area in Unity, New Hampshire. James Robarge was taken into custody in Vermont and fought extradition back to New Hampshire. He was eventually extradited to the Granite State and was arraigned Monday in Claremont. He did not enter a plea on the second degree murder charge. A probable cause hearing has been set for September 5th. Robarge is being held without bail.
