WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, Vt. -

He hit a body on Interstate 91 in Hartford and fled. Thursday, Shane Harlow, 48, of Quechee, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident.

Police do not believe that Harlow killed Mikhail Lomakin, 24, last October. They believe the Dartmouth grad student had already been hit by another car. But Harlow was charged because he didn't stop to help.

Lomakin was last seen walking away from a drinking party.

No one else has been charged.

Harlow is a former Dartmouth College security guard.

In a separate case Thursday, Harlow also admitted to molesting two girls.

Harlow faces up to 30 years in jail.
